When I started this project it was a simple patch of grass. These homeowners really wanted something they could enjoy and share with friends and family. We decided to go "the whole 9 yards". They gave me their conceptual idea and I did the design and construction. The fencing incorporates some artwork that the clients purchased specifically for this project.
Kirkland master bath
For this project I tore out the entire bathroom. Then created a new, larger tiled shower, added a skylight, added a new fan, new vanity with tiled top and backsplash, tile floor, new paint and accsessories.

This homeowner wanted to update this plain bathroom into something with more style.
North bend bath
This project was all tile. It includes a tile wainscot accented by a multi-hued tile floor.
This kitchen received all new cabinets with a full height tile backsplash. We replaced the recessed ceiling and added all recessed can lighting fictures, new granite countertops new sink and appliances as well as a new pantry! The under-cabinet lighting and hardwood flooring give this kitchen an added ambiance.
This home office received new cabinets with a granite countertop and tile backsplash. The look is complete with new hardwood floors, lighting, paint as well as a custom entertainment area. All wiring to the flat screen TV and sound system is hidden behind the wall.
This home was gutted down to just a shell. We provided new interior partition design, new plumbing and electrical, insulation, drywall, paint, siding, hardwood floors, cabinets, counters, custom millwork, new doors, windows, decks and a renovated detached garage.
